PRODUCTION PROCESS
Drawing Confirmation
Before placing an order, production process confirmation drawings are made, etc. After customer confirmation, production orders can begin.
Documents Preparation
Create machine-readable files, split the product, and distribute them to various departments for simultaneous production.
Laser Cutting
Cut stainless steel, acrylic, etc. that need to be cut based on the files.
CNC Engraving
Cut acrylic, aluminum, etc. that need to be engraved based on the files.
Angle Bending
Fold the edges that need to be slotted and bend the edges that need a certain curvature according to the files.
Metal Welding
Perform surface welding and accurately weld the edges and surfaces together.
Grinding and Polishing
Grind and smooth the welding points between the edges and surfaces to create a seamless finish, and polish to a mirror finish.
Film Pasting
Precisely apply the film specified by the customer, including type and pattern, on the surface and sides of the letters.
Spray Painting
Evenly spray the paint specified by the customer on the product surface.
Stoving Sarnish
After spray painting, bake in an oven to ensure the durability of the paint.
LED Mounting
Select LED lights as required by the drawing, arrange them reasonably, and ensure the brightness of the letters is uniform by wiring.
LED Testing
After the LED assembly is completed, perform reliability and stability testing.
Drawing Paper
To facilitate installation, a paper drawing of the same size as the letters will be printed and shipped with the product.
Cleaning and Inspection
Based on the product process, the quantity, and quality, the product will be inspected and confirmed.
Pre-shipment Inspection
Before shipment, the letters will be placed on the 1:1 paper drawing for final confirmation, including accessories such as screws and transformers, and photographed for documentation.
Packaging and Shipping
Different packaging methods for the boxes will be selected based on the shape of the letters and the mode of transportation to minimize damage during transport.
