Lifetime Warranties
All products are under a 180 day warranty, with transformers & wires having a 1-year warranty. If you’re having trouble or think your product is acting up, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

If any of the above specified life time guaranteed products purchased from Erybaysign Manufacturing fades, breaks, or shows defect, we will refinish or replace the defective item at no cost to you.

The following warranty is lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. Specifically, Seller and Manufacturer disclaims any warranty of merchant-ability or of fitness for a particular purpose and manufacturers/seller’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be altered except by an agreement signed by the officers of seller and manufacturer.
Lifetime Warranties
We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee on most of our items. Should you want to return or exchange your order, simply get in touch with us within 30-days of ordering and we’ll begin the return process. A list of items that are exempt can be found at the bottom of this page. Please, do not send us anything without first contacting us! It’s very difficult on our customer care team when we get packages that we’re not expecting. They usually have no name, order number, or reason for return. Make sure that when you send us a return you include everything that was sent to you, including packaging and accessories. They also need to be in original condition. Once your return is received, we’ll issue a full credit on your card. If it’s an exchange, we’ll ship out the replacement product.
Items That Aren’t Returnable:
All of our customized items are not allow to return especialy because of clients’ side. Because it is difficult to sell to others even if they are in original perfect status.
